MBC GA's are collecting items for Doug & Sonnie Beck, missionaries at the International Ministry Center, Mobile, AL They minister to seafarers who come thru Port of Mobile. They conduct Bible Studies, sponsor Ethnic Churches, and teach English as a Second Language Some of the items needed: Razors, shaving cream, men's socks, toothbrushes & toothpaste, shampoo, gallon Ziplock bags, Walmart gift cards Place in box under the Christmas tree in the main hallway |

Anyone who would like to attend the National Quartet Convention to be held in Louisville, Kentucky, September 16-18, must turn in your money no later than June 27th. The cost is $375.00 per person, which includes the three-night cost (with complimentary breakfast), tickets to each evening concert, afternoon showcase spectaculars (including hearing Sarah Palin, Dr. Charles Stanley, Dr. David Jeremiah and others), as well as tickets to two additional events. Once a month MBC will have "Parents Night Out". A FREE Nursery will be provided from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the ALC for children (birth throught 6th grade). Pizza will be provided for the children. Volunteers are needed!! See Nikki Rinehard.
